If a fault occurs with the website you should report it to sean@cuepwr.com and we will attempt to correct the fault as soon as we reasonably can.
5.2 Your access to the websites may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to restore the service as soon as we reasonably can.
6. Our Liability
6.1 The website provides content from other Internet sites or resources and while we try to ensure that material included on the website is correct, reputable and of high quality, we do not give any warranties or guarantees in relation to that content. If we are informed of any inaccuracies in the material on the website we will attempt to correct the inaccuracies as soon as we reasonably can.

Our liability shall not in any event include economic losses such as lost data, lost profits or business interruption and shall not include any indirect or consequential loss. 6.3 This Clause 9 shall not limit or affect our liability resulting from anything we do negligently which causes death or personal injury.

As a convenience to customers, the website includes links to other web sites or material which are beyond its control. The website is not responsible for content on any site outside the websites.
8. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions will be subject to the laws of The Republic Of Ireland and any court proceedings related to them must be taken in the courts of The Republic Of Ireland.
9. International Use
We make no promise that materials on the website are appropriate or available for use in locations outside The Republic Of Ireland, and accessing the website from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful is prohibited. If you choose to access this site from locations outside The Republic Of Ireland, you do so on your own initiative and risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

10.4 The website is owned and operated by Cue Power Limited, a company registered in The Republic Of Ireland at 3A Willow Court, Druid Valley, Cabinteely, Ireland. The trading names of Cue Power Limited are Cue Power, Cue Charge and Cue Renewables.

Cue Power will provide an alternative from our selection of technology to fulfill the same purpose.
